Park in the McGovern Commons (with the waterwalls) located at the corner of Bertner Avenue and Moursund Street.
Go through the doors opposite Starbuck's on the first floor into the new wing of M.D. Anderson Hospital.
Take the elevator straight ahead to the second floor or walk up the stairs to the left.
